Kemmy Raji is the Scrum Alliance's first female Guide Level in Canada. She holds the Certified Enterprise (CEC) Coach and Certified Team Coach (CTC) certifications. She has a background in Management and a Master's Degree in International Development. In addition, she has gained coaching and facilitation certifications such as Coactive, ORSC, ICAgile ACC and ATF.

TCA’s comprehensive Scrum Master Coaching Course is designed for individuals looking to become proficient in the core concepts of Agile Delivery Methodology and, more specifically, the Scrum Framework in order to excel in highly rewarding roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Agile Business Analyst, Product Manager or Product Owner. Our 2-day intensive certification course provides a comprehensive deep dive into Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and the practical tools needed for successful project delivery using the Agile methodology. Our Scrum Master Coaching Course is led by Senior Scrum Masters who are also experienced coaches recognized in the industry. Our experts also share real-world insights across various industries to facilitate an environment of experiential learning.
Following the 2-day certification workshop, you will become eligible to write the highly coveted Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and join the elite group of certified Scrum Masters. So far, we have had a 100% success rate with the CSM exams.
In addition to the certification, you will be involved in the delivery of a real live project using the Agile (Scrum) methodology for a period of 12 weeks.
