Success Stories: How Dinesh Got Promoted on his First BA Role

Our prayer point for today is that Dinesh’s story would serve as a reminder that If you can dream it, you can achieve it. When you believe in yourself and have the right support system around you, impossible becomes "I'm possible!"

The first time Dinesh reached out to TCA was in October 2019 when he graduated from Lambton College, after our initial discussion he wasn’t fully ready then and wanted to obtain his Permanent Residency (PR) confident enough to pull the trigger and sign up for our Coaching Course

Then in November 2022, he reached out again, this time fully ready and promptly sign up for the Business Analysis Coaching program. In his words after I spoke to TCA, I felt a sense of peace and knew immediately that I was with the right organization and quickly signed up and followed the proven TCA system judiciously – which has significantly transformed lives, regardless of their background or experience.

Dinesh worked very hard during the program and learnt so much during the process. As soon as Dinesh received his optimized Resume, he started applying for jobs while still going through the program.

Then he got a call from the recruiter for this Business Analysis role and started the interviewing process. After 4 rounds of interview the HR of the company reached out to him to advice that he will be offered the position, but not the one he applied for.

The hiring manager and Director were so impressed with Dinesh that they offered him a Senior Business Analyst position!!! Imagine receiving a promotion even before Day 1.

What God cannot do through TCA does not exist!!! It always seems impossible until it is done!!!
