When Neme moved to Canada in 2021, he had zero work experience. He moved to Canada as a student and in August 2022 he completed his degree program.

As with every graduating student, the biggest question on Neme’s mind was How can I secure a job…with zero experience?

He sought for guidance and direction but none of his contacts and friends could provide a solution. So, he decided to adopt the trial and error method and start looking for jobs on his own. He applied to hundreds of places and even managed to secure an interview or two. However, his lack of confidence and limited practical knowledge was very obvious and as a result no offer was secured.

In January 2023, Neme decided to change his situation and started to ask around for solutions, this time he was referred to TCA by a friend who not only got a job after training with TCA, but his wife, and in-law also secured fantastic jobs after their respective TCA training.

Without hesitation or procrastination, Neme promptly registered for the Project Management Coaching course

The program started in March and completed in June 2023. During this period Neme was comprehensively trained on the practical aspects of Project Management, he was assigned to a dedicated mentor, and he played an instrumental role in the successful delivery of our live project - an innovative food delivery app.

His confidence skyrocketed and he jumped back into the job market, this time fully acknowledging the value he brings to the market place. This time was different, even though he received some negative feedback during his applications, his confidence in his abilities which was validated via the TCA live project gave him the required motivation to keep pushing.
