Success Stories: From UberEATS Delivery Driver to Business Analyst

On 12 July 2022, Tosin reached out to us to enquire about the Business Analyst program. Following a brief discussion, he registered for the next batch which was to commence on 20th August 2022. (see screenshot below)

Like they say if you don’t know someone’s story, you may not fully appreciate the transformation that has taken place. So we will share with you a brief summary of Tosin’s journey so far. Tosin arrived in Canada in 2020 and has had it pretty rough (in his own words) due to a lack of information or misinformation. He has worked as a caregiver, as an UberEats delivery driver and even had a second job repairing trolley tires for a major superstore in Canada.

All this was until he heard about TCA, reached out on 12th July 2022 and registered for our Business Analysis coaching program.
During the training, Tosin put in the work and fully immersed himself in the live project that was being completed for one of our clients. He also forged a solid relationship with his workstream members and accountability partner – which helped him tremendously.

Fast forward to November 2022, Tosin completes his program and in less than 30 days, he lands a mouth-watering Business Analyst position – $90,000 per annum. (see screenshot)
