Success Stories: From an Admin Job to a Senior Business Analyst

When Gold reached out to us, she has already paid for another program where she wasn’t learning anything and she decided to forfeit her payment and switch to TCA’s business analysis program.

Gold had a dream of becoming a Business Analyst and wanted to invest in her dreams which is what forward thinking individuals do. She promptly signed up for our program and was very active throughout, asking lots of questions.

Gold worked on one of TCA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) live project and was instrumental in the successful delivery of that project for our client.

After an amazing Business Analysis training experience she decided to sign up for our Agile Scrum Master course – which she completely successfully. This enabled her to become well-rounded in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

Gold’s potential was demonstrated throughout both trainings and even Steve teased her that she owes TCA a 6 figure job.

However, due to some personal circumstances she wasn’t able to start applying immediately afterwards. Towards the end of the Scrum Master program, she had a minor surgery and then she got pregnant and gave birth to the cutest little girl – which meant that her job applications were temporarily put on hold.

For some people this is where they hang their boots and decide that this career path is not for them and then they stick to their old job, but not Gold. She believed in herself, believed in the knowledge and experience she has acquired and believed in the support she had through TCA. And we also believed in her abilities and kept cheering her on and pushing her where and when required.

During her maternity leave she decided to reignite the fire and start applying. As always she received a few rejections, but did not allow them to discourage her, but rather she learned from the experience and pushed even harder…and guess what...

Just last week, she landed an incredible Senior Business Analyst role paying over 120k per annum with 20% bonus paid quarterly. This is the story of tenacity and Gold’s "never give up" attitude paid off big time! Don’t give up on your dreams, sometimes, it may be delayed but our promise is that as long as you are committed, we will always be there to help you achieve your career goals.
