Before I share Ayo’s story, I would like to say something important. Most organizations make up their success stories, but at TCA we believe in evidence-based success storiesπ, hence, why we always back our success stories up with screenshots of our interactions with the student.
On 26th July 2022, Ayo reached out to us to enquire π§ about our Business Analysis program. Ayo’s biggest challenge was that every single day, she had to commute for 4 hours on the train to her current job. Over time this became extremely stressful and even resulted in her putting a stop to her side business – one which she was extremely passionate about. Following our initial discussion, she made the proactive decision to start with the August 2022 cohort which kicked off on 20th August 2022 π and was due to finish on 26th November 2022.
Throughout the training, Ayo demonstrated an unprecedented level of diligence in attending the project meetings and making presentations, even while commuting from work π!
On 11th November (2 weeks before the end of the program), Ayo received a fantastic offer πΌ for a fully remote Business Analyst role that pays significantly more π°π° than her previous job!
Now she can spend more time with her family π¨π©π§π¦, restart her side hustle and enjoy the “soft life” while working full-time at a job that pays more than twice her previous salary.
