Monsurat was previously a financial advisor and worked in a Nigerian bank for 8 years. When she moved to Canada in July 2022, transitioning was really hard as she struggled to find her feet initially and she even had a baby in between which made it more challenging. But Monsurat had a dream – To become a Business Analyst and as a result, she started seeking a solution to her dream.

Before discovering The Career Accelerators (TCA), she shopped around in search of a Career Partner to help her achieve her dreams, but couldn’t find any suitable organization. Once she spoke to our Coach Steve she felt at peace and knew that TCA is her Career Partner. In Monsurat’s words: The moment I spoke with Steve I knew I was coming to TCA, because Steve was the missing link and even gave me free career advice.
