She began to see the interviewers as individuals who are interested in hiring an actual human being who can do the job as opposed to hiring someone who is perfect and has no flaws or personality, essentially a robot.

This newfound mindset significantly boosted her confidence, which has now led to her landing a beautiful 6 figure job as a Business Analyst with one of the top banks in Canada. And to top it all off, her salary is now 100% of her customer service role in a bank and almost 100% of her previous Line Manager.
